Semana Santa, Day 1
It's the first day of Semana Santa! ...And we literally have nothing to do. Hannah and I are spending the day at home today. We're pretty sure that almost all of the other SOLmates are gone already, leaving for their week of vacation.
Mama Tica had Tía over for a late lunch, and so after we had chatted post-meal, we headed upstairs. We did some packing, and I did a LOT of catching up on my blog and on my book. Hannah took a 4-hour nap, and by the time 7 rolled around, it was time for dinner. I went with Mama Tica to take Tía home while Hannah did some skyping with her sister.
If I hadn't made plans for this week, I would go insane. I can feel myself getting stir crazy already. Luckily, Hannah's family is coming tomorrow, and we're going to pick them up at the airport and stay with them in San José before they head down to Puntarenas. AND THEN MY PARENTS ARE COMING ON WEDNESDAY. I'm still really excited. I think I convinced them to go ziplining with me!
